Responsibilities

  • Supporting Employee Relations Casework with a focus on absence management.
  • Handling a spectrum of other generalist People activities.
  • Reporting directly to the Head of People & Development and contributing to the success of our schools.
  • Operating from the University’s Bognor Regis Campus and collaborating across the Trust’s 17 academies, 2 Inclusion centres, and a School‑Centred Initial Teacher Training base.
