The University of Chester is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking MIS Manager to join our Management Information Systems team within Human Resources. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the delivery of high-quality, strategically aligned HR systems and data services. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of our HR technology—enhancing system capabilities, implementing impactful improvements, and leading digital and value-added changes. Your expertise in reporting, HR analytics, and statutory compliance will support data-driven decision-making across the University.
