As part of our refreshed strategic vision, we are now seeking to recruit an exceptional individual to the new role of Pro Vice-Chancellor Education & Student Success. Reporting directly to the Vice-Chancellor, this is a significant leadership opportunity for a creative, forward-thinking and accomplished leader to influence the institution at the highest level, ensuring a best-in-class educational experience across all campuses and modes of learning.
You will provide strategic leadership for learning, teaching, assessment, academic quality, employability and access & participation, ensuring outstanding, inclusive, and future-focused student success for all learners. The role will work closely with Executive colleagues, Deans, all academic leads, professional service leaders and external partners to embed excellence, strengthen academic standards, and champion a culture where every student thrives.
We are seeking a visionary strategist, capable of articulating and delivering a compelling, values-driven approach to a modern, ambitious and progressive educational experience. You will bring sustained senior academic leadership experience, with a track record of enhancing key educational metrics and outcomes, ensuring regulatory confidence and delivering impactful change at scale. High levels of personal and professional credibility and integrity will be essential, alongside a commitment to advancing our distinctive mission and purpose.
