We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about securing and enhancing the quality of higher education. The Assistant Quality Manager will join an established Academic Portfolio Team based at the Exton Park campus near Chester city centre. You will play a key role in managing and supporting the University's academic partnerships in the UK and overseas.
Responsibilities
- You will help ensure our collaborative and transnational education (TNE) partnerships deliver a high-quality experience for students.
- You will work closely with colleagues across the University, as well as with external partner organisations, to evaluate new partnership proposals, coordinate approval and review processes, and oversee the ongoing quality and performance of existing partners.
- You will need to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be comfortable representing the University at meetings, events, and approval visits.
- The role includes coordinating the work of other team members and will involve occasional travel within the UK and abroad.
- This is a hybrid role with a mixture of on site and working from home.
Qualifications
- Looking for someone who has a thorough understanding of the principles of quality assurance and risk management, strong analytical and organisational skills, and a focus on problem-solving.
