As a Fundraising Assistant, you'll provide high-level administrative and operational support to our fundraising team.
Working closely with senior fundraisers, academics, and external partners, you'll help manage donor relationships, support international travel and events, maintain accurate fundraising records, and contribute to projects that directly impact the University's future.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate complex diaries, meetings, travel, and high-profile events.
- Act as the first point of contact for senior donors, volunteers, and University leaders.
- Support fundraising operations through data management, reporting, and process improvements.
- Assist with prospect research and briefing materials to support senior fundraisers.
- Provide administrative and financial process support across the team.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and databases (experience with fundraising databases is desirable).
