We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Service Manager to lead a multidisciplinary maintenance team delivering essential front-line responsive repair and maintenance services across a complex teaching, research and operational estate.

This is a key leadership role focused on service responsiveness, operational performance and continuous improvement.

You will lead a customer-focused team, drive service innovation and ensure critical facilities remain safe, operational and fully supported.

Role Overview Based within the University's Estates Division Asset Management Team, you will lead the delivery and development of responsive maintenance services across a diverse estate, including advanced teaching laboratories and specialist research facilities.
