  • Support daily operational processes and contribute to developing procedures aligned with Estates Division KPIs and West Hub strategic goals.
  • Coordinate event delivery, working closely with the Operations Supervisor and Event Coordinator.
  • Plan resources for Operations Assistants, cleaning, and security teams, ensuring smooth event setups and reporting on activity.
  • Produce detailed end-of-day reports and escalate operational issues as needed.
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance and manage on-site contractors.
  • Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and help foster an inclusive, collaborative culture within the West Hub.

About You

  • Experience working in a multi-use venue (commercial or educational), ideally with public access.
  • Strong background in events management and operational roles with varied priorities.
  • Ability to manage competing demands across diverse customer groups and internal teams.
  • Skilled in reporting, data management, and understanding finance processes.
  • Experience working with contractors and supporting services.
  • Knowledge of operational procedures, including opening/closing, emergency protocols, and daily reporting.

  • Educated to A-level/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent practical experience.
  • First Aid, Fire Warden, and COSHH training (or willingness to undertake).
  • Inclusive leadership style with excellent interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy.
