The Senior IT & AV Engineer is a key member of the College's IT team, helping to ensure that reliable, secure and high-quality IT and AV services support the College's academic, administrative and operational goals.


The role provides expert technical support and acts as a senior escalation point for staff, students, Fellows and College guests, while contributing to the effective operation, maintenance and development of the College's infrastructure and services. Working closely with colleagues across the College, University Information Services (UIS), suppliers and contractors, the postholder will apply professional judgement and best-practice approaches to resolve complex issues, improve service quality and support the continued development of the College's IT provision.

Working arrangements and salary


This is a permanent contract (subject to a 3-month probation period). Competitive salary range of £36,000 to £40,000 pa, depending on skills and experience. This role is 37.5 hours per week, core hours will be 10am-4pm, with some flexibility outside these hours. The role is an in-person role.
