Corpus Christi College is seeking to recruit an experienced and qualified Gardener to join its Gardens Team. The successful candidate will have strong plant knowledge and horticultural expertise, together with the ability to undertake the full range of garden maintenance duties, including mowing, pruning, seasonal planting, cultivation and general grounds maintenance, helping to maintain the College's exceptionally high standards. Applicants should be able to demonstrate substantial practical experience in horticulture and garden maintenance, together with a strong understanding of plant care and cultivation. A commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation is essential. An RHS qualification is desirable. The successful candidate must hold a full UK manual driving licence. Ideally, candidates will also hold PA1 and PA6 spraying certificates and have experience and confidence in carrying out spraying operations safely and effectively when required.
