We are looking for an experienced outdoor event manager with a proven record of delivering a variety of innovative events in an open-air environment.
The role holder will play a crucial role in designing, developing and delivering a dynamic programme of public events. They will lead the development of new event concepts, taking ideas from inception through planning and implementation to post-event evaluation. They will be expected to enhance the scale, scope and impact of the event programme to promote the Garden and its core purposes, attract new and returning visitors, and contribute to income generation targets.
The role holder will also develop the Botanic Garden's current annual events such as Festival of Plants, Apple Day and the Botanic Lights.
