What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end course administration and supporting the student lifecycle from induction through examination.
- Coordinating academic timetabling, committee meetings, coursework submissions, and assessments.
- Managing financial administration, programme records, and reporting.
- Collaborating closely with academics, clinicians, and technical staff across Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the wider biomedical ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a comprehensive administrative or coordination role (ideally within higher education or healthcare/clinical settings).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with students and senior faculty.
- Experience with academic timetabling, committee servicing, or student record systems is a definite plus.
