The Corporate and Professional Services departments are the cornerstone of the University.
They each provide essential and valuable support to both each other and the Academic departments, helping the University to function in the most efficient and productive way, ensuring that the students' experience is second to none.
The role An additional position has arisen in our busy Marketing Office, to strengthen our digital provision.
Whilst the position has responsibility for supporting the Digital Experience Manager, the post holder will be expected to take responsibility for certain functions.
The main purposes of the job are
- Play an important part in the Digital team, supporting the Digital Experience Manager to deliver the University's digital marketing strategy and activities, primarily using social media channels.
- Produce high quality and creative content and activities to engage with our primary audiences of prospective students, and our other audiences including academics, current students, alumni, staff, local community, and the public.
- Support business objectives of student recruitment, student satisfaction, staff & student performance and retention, and ROI & efficiency.
Support the ongoing development of the University's digital services and roadmap, working in a userfocuseddegree level or have equivalent professional experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on organic and paid social media.
