The University of Bristol is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Toolroom/Workshop Machinist based in the Queens Mechanical Workshop within the Faculty of Science & Engineering. You will manufacture bespoke designs in a toolroom environment and support academics, postgraduates and students with specialist machining and fitting tasks.
Working with CNC milling, turning, EDM, manual lathes and laser cutting, you will also provide teaching support and contribute to research projects.
