UBWFC is one of the largest University Women’s Football Clubs in the UK, with six squads and a proud record of success. With membership numbers increasing every year, this is an exciting opportunity to get involved and become a valued member of our club.
Our First Team recently won the BUCS Southern Premier League.
Pay: £17 /hr (training) + £50 /match (expected range salary £1800‑£2100)
Expenses: Travel reimbursed at 25p / mile (for away games less than 50 miles)
Term dates:
- Term 1 Dates: 21 September – 11 December 2026
- Term 2 Dates: 18 January – 31 April 2027
Training Times:
- Tuesdays: 17:30 - 19:00 (3G)
- Fridays: 17:00 - 18:00 (3G)
What we’re looking for:
- Applicants to be deemed successful should hold an FA Level One or above
- Enthusiastic and motivated to develop student‑athletes in a performance environment
- Passion for Women’s Football; we welcome all backgrounds but as a Women’s Football Club we are particularly keen on female applicants looking to build their coaching careers at a high level
- Attendance of all training sessions and matches as the coach/manager of the squad.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: £17.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate: Bristol BS9 2BJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required), UEFA Coaching Licence (preferred)
