University of Bristol invites applications for a fixed-term 1.0 FTE Lecturer in Music from 1 September 2026 to 31 July 2029. The post requires extensive university teaching experience and strong administration in a musicology context, with a specialism in pre-1900, post-2000, or jazz studies.

You will teach music history and culture across BA/MA programmes, supervise dissertations, and take on the role of Director of Performance, directing performance units and coordinating concerts.
