Within our Campus Division we are seeking to appoint a new Business Partner to work with one of the University’s academic faculties. This pivotal role sits at the heart of our university’s transformation journey, aligning campus services, infrastructure planning, and strategic initiatives with our academic and operational ambitions. As a senior partner to an academic faculty, you will lead the business partnering function, translating institutional goals into integrated, future-focused estate solutions. You will play a key role in shaping long-term university campus strategy, ensuring our physical and digital infrastructure supports a world-class experience for students, staff, and researchers.
What will you be doing?
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior academic and professional services leaders, aligning Campus Services with local and institutional priorities.
- Leading the development and implementation of strategic estate solutions that are sustainable, user-informed, and evidence-led.
- Championing the integration of academic faculty and service needs into the University’s Campus Strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.
- Driving the success of complex, high-impact initiatives that enhance our campus and support academic excellence.
