We are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated Senior Lettings Co-ordinator to join our small, friendly and fast-paced student lettings team. This is a hands-on, in-person role where you will manage the lettings pipeline from offer stage through to move-in, ensuring each let progresses smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Draft tenancy agreements
  • Check and chase references
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinate safety certificates and compliance paperwork
  • Ensure all documentation is fully in order ahead of move-in
  • Assist with rent administration
  • Handle day-to-day enquiries
  • Support with viewings during peak periods

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Previous experience in lettings or estate agency (preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise in a busy environment
  • Driving licence and access to own car preferred but not essential
