As a core member of the College Executive Board, you will work in close partnership with the Executive Dean, Deputy Executive Deans, Director of College Operations and colleagues across the University and College to ensure that College operations function as a cohesive, high‑performing unit aligned to our Brighton 2035 strategy to deliver excellent and equitable student outcomes, a distinctive, inclusive and attractive student experience and financial sustainability.

This is a pivotal senior role, central to enabling the College and departments to deliver their academic strategy, research and knowledge‑exchange strategy, enhance operational performance, and deliver an outstanding student experience.
