Are you a passionate Sport and Exercise Scientist looking to make a real impact in higher education? We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant technical team within the School of Education, Sport & Health Sciences at the University of Brighton, supporting cutting-edge teaching and research within our newly developed Sport & Exercise Science laboratories at the Falmer campus.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining specialist laboratory equipment and software.
- Giving hands‑on technical support for practical teaching sessions.
- Advising on best practices and techniques in Sport & Exercise Science.
- Supporting teaching, research and knowledge exchange activities and ensuring safe, effective lab operations.
- Delivering technical instruction to students & staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with techniques, equipment, and software relevant to Sport & Exercise Science.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience supporting learners in an educational or training environment.
- A recognised qualification or equivalent experience in Sport & Exercise Science or related disciplines.
