What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating, maintaining and developing healthcare student e-portfolios using HTML and related coding principles.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for students, staff and placement providers.
  • Delivering training sessions, demonstrations and user guidance for a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact with the external software supplier and coordinating system improvements.
  • Managing escalated issues referred from Service Desk and other support teams.
  • Producing reports, usage data and operational information to support planning and decision‑making.
  • Supporting the introduction of new functionality and promoting best practice across the School.
  • Working independently to plan, prioritise and deliver a specialist technical service.

About You

  • An understanding of HTML and web‑based technologies, with the ability to create and modify online content.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience of delivering training, demonstrations or technical instruction to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
  • Experience of working within higher education, healthcare education, learning technology or a related technical environment would be advantageous.

Why join us?

You will be joining a friendly and professional team within a School that is at the forefront of healthcare education, research and professional practice.
