Role Overview
You will be part of a creative team, embedding innovative teaching and simulation opportunities on the Falmer campus using the brand‑new Radiography Suite. You will support students undertaking pre‑registration studies, enhance the student experience and share in the co‑creation and delivery of innovative programmes. You will also support a range of assessments and clinical practice/teaching in our on‑campus clinical facilities.
Qualifications
- A relevant degree in diagnostic radiography
- Current and active registration with the Health and Care Professions Council as a Diagnostic Radiographer
- Professional experience as a senior diagnostic radiographer in the UK
- Up‑to‑date, sound knowledge of current developments in health, social care and the required teaching skills
- Understanding of academic and award standards, and the knowledge and skills aimed for the programme
- Experience of leading and implementing creative approaches to teaching and learning of diagnostic radiography in university or practice settings
Desirable
- Post‑graduate qualifications and an active research portfolio.
- Doctorate holders who can supervise at that level will be supported by an early‑career research programme.
