The University is seeking an exceptional leader to take on the role of Director of College Operations, providing strategic and operational leadership across professional services, academic administration, and technical delivery within the College. This is a pivotal senior role, central to enabling the College to deliver its academic strategy, enhance operational performance, and deliver an outstanding student experience.
As a core member of the College Executive Board, you will work in close partnership with the Executive Dean, Heads of Department, and University Professional Services to ensure that College operations function as a cohesive, high‑performing unit aligned to our Brighton 2025 strategy to deliver excellent and equitable student outcomes, a distinctive, inclusive and attractive student experience and financial sustainability.
This is a full‑time role, and permanent, however, we welcome applications from candidates seeking to job share.
