This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic International team as an Assistant Agent Conversion Officer, where you will play a key role in supporting the student journey from application to enrolment. Your role will support the operational processes that drive conversion, working closely with colleagues across recruitment and marketing to ensure applications are processed efficiently, communications are clear and timely, and data is accurately maintained.
From managing enquiries to supporting events and tracking applications, your work will directly contribute to delivering a positive experience for agent-referred international students. In this role you will work in a collaborative team environment where you can learn and grow. Through this, you will gain valuable insight into university operations, developing a strong understanding of higher education from recruitment and admissions to enrolment and student experience.

In order to be successful in your new role you should have:
- Strong administrative, analytical problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience of standard office software packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience handling enquiries from customers or stakeholders
This role is offered on a full-time (37.0 hours per week) basis; however, we welcome applications from people seeking to job-share. After an initial training period there will also be the ability for some home working under our Agile Working Framework.
