Contract: Fixed term until 31 August 2028. We are seeking a teacher on a 2 year fixed term basis to join our dedicated and supportive team at Lindfield Primary Academy. This is an important role for our academy as we strive to improve and excel in all that we do. We are looking for a teacher who can nurture, inspire, and motivate our children and who will contribute effectively to the vision and ambition of our academy. ECTs can apply and also teachers with a passion for KS1. You will be joining a fantastic and supportive team in a brilliant school community!
About Lindfield Primary Academy
Lindfield Primary Academy provides a happy and welcoming environment for children aged 4 to 11, where learning is both fun and engaging. Our pupils embody politeness, respect, and pride, reflecting the positive ethos of our community. With well-resourced facilities and dedicated staff, we maintain high expectations and offer tailored support and challenge to each individual, regardless of ability. The academy has a total capacity of 660 pupils. Our on-site Forest School allows children to develop a connection with nature and build confidence, self-esteem, and social skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching and support the development of pupils across KS1.
- Contribute to the academy’s vision and ambition and work as part of a supportive team.
- Engage with parents, carers, and the wider school community to support pupil progress.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Qualified teacher status (QTS).
- Ability to nurture, inspire, and motivate primary-age pupils.
- Experience or interest in KS1 preferred. ECTs are welcome to apply.
