Can you contribute to the smooth running of our Academy? The Burgess Hill Academy is seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to provide vital administrative support across the academy. Working closely with the Data & Cover Manager, you will support admissions, student data management, academy events, communications, and general office administration. You will also provide emergency reception and first aid cover when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the academy administration inbox and communications.
- Supporting admissions processes for new and in-year students.
- Maintaining and updating student records and data within SIMS.
- Organising events, parents’ evenings, school photographs, and academy tours.
- Updating the academy calendar and website.
- Processing Free School Meals applications and supporting statutory information requests.
- Providing first aid and reception cover when needed.
