The predicted salary is between 20635 - 20635 £ per year.

Working Pattern: Term time only + Inset days

Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8am - 3pm

Actual Starting Salary (pro rata): £20,635 per annum. Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments.

The Burgess Hill Academy is seeking a committed and organised Inclusion Administrator / Parent Liaison to support our SEND provision. This is a rewarding role working closely with the SENCO, support staff, students, and families to ensure every learner receives the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate pupil passports and SEN provision records
  • Support coordination of SEND provision
  • Assist with EHCP documentation and annual reviews
  • Support vulnerable students and contribute to intervention planning
  • Liaise with staff, parents/carers, and external agencies (e.g. CAMHS)
  • Help coordinate access arrangements for exams
  • Build strong relationships with families and support parent communication
  • Assist with the running of our SEN area - The Haven

Qualifications

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) essential
