The predicted salary is between 22000 - 26000 £ per year.

Note – the candidate must be a competent swimmer and be willing to obtain the essential qualifications within the specified timeframe. These qualifications will be funded by Unique Fitness. Competent swimmer criteria include:
- Swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds
- Swim 100 metres continuously on front and back in deep water
- Tread water for 30 seconds
- Surface dive to the floor of the pool
- Climb out unaided without ladder/steps where the pool design permits
