We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant team at Unique Fitness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with lifeguarding swimming sessions.
- Carry out gym inductions, programmes and offer help and advice if required.
- Welcome and develop connections with all guests, providing support, assistance and specialist knowledge where required.
Qualifications and Skills
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (to be achieved within 2 months of probation; training will be funded).
- Gym Instructor Qualification (to be achieved within 2 months of probation; training will be funded).
- Enthusiastic and committed.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Competent swimmer – must meet the following criteria:
- Jump/dive into deep water.
- Swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds.
- Swim 100 metres continuously on front and back in deep water.
- Tread water for 30 seconds.
- Surface dive to the floor of the pool.
- Climb out unaided without ladder/steps where the pool design permits.
