This role is part of our frontline Student Life Service, providing high quality advice and support to students on university, money, and welfare matters.

The Student Life Service is a front‑line service where students can access high quality advice, guidance and support on university, money and welfare matters. The service also provides financial advice including student funding, hardship support, welfare benefits and pastoral support.
What You Will Be Doing
- Providing management to the Student Life Generalist Advisers, ensuring staff receive training, regular performance reviews, guidance on objectives and development opportunities.
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the workload of the Student Life Generalist Adviser team effectively to deliver work in a timely manner and to a high quality, especially during peak periods such as Welcome weeks, enrolment, and DBS ID verifications.
- Overseeing the triage system for the Student Life Service.

Please note, as this role is part of our frontline student support team, the successful candidate will be required to work on campus for most of the working week with limited scope for working remotely.
