We in RIBE are looking for an Admin and Office Manager who is passionate about supporting the delivery of internationally recognised research to be the linchpin of our effective and efficient departmental administrative services for the University's researchers.
What you will be doing:
- You will need to have exceptional organisational skills and a wide range of general office experience.
- You will be adaptable to the ever-changing needs of the department in your use of IT, the development of office standards and processes, and your use of data.
- You will be familiar with committee servicing and event organising and capable of creating reports and communication in appropriate forms for different groups.
- Competence in managing people is important as you will supervise a small team of administrators.
