Salary: £27,644 – £29,959 per annum pro rata. 0.6 FTE Fixed Term until 31/01/2030. Post Type: Part Time. Contract Type: Fixed Term. Closing Date: Thursday 12 February 2026. This role is only available to University of Bradford staff. It may be released externally if no internal applicant is appointed.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Principal Investigator and the wider research team.
  • Manage diaries, meetings and events, including travel arrangements.
  • Service meetings and working groups (agenda preparation, minute-taking, follow-up actions).
  • Handle sensitive correspondence with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5 GCSEs at A*C (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
  • Strong experience using Windows-based software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in servicing committee meetings and managing complex administrative tasks.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
