We are looking for a Front of House Manager to join our team at Unique Fitness, based at the University of Bradford.
This is a part‑time role (19 hours per week, Saturday to Sunday).

Responsibilities
- Lead the front‑of‑house operation, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and high‑quality customer experience.
- Manage and support front‑of‑house staff, including rotas, training and day‑to‑day supervision.
- Deliver consistent, excellent customer service across all customer‑facing areas.
- Act as the first point of escalation for customer queries and complaints.
- Oversee opening/closing procedures and ensure all health and safety checks are completed.
- Manage bookings, memberships, income reconciliation and administration systems.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training of staff.
- Ensure accurate incident reporting and compliance with procedures.
- Deputise for senior operational staff when required.
Qualifications
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (to be achieved within 2 months of probation with organisational training funds).
- Gym Instructor qualification (to be achieved within 2 months of probation with organisational training funds).
- Enthusiastic and committed.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in a customer‑facing leadership role is desirable.
