The Directorate of People, Culture & Wellbeing is seeking a Resourcing Administrator to play a key role in supporting the delivery of the temporary staffing & Resourcing service within the People Operations team.
What you will be doing:
- Provide comprehensive high quality administrative support across recruitment, temporary staffing and onboarding activities.
- Support UKVI compliance activities and maintain accurate records relating to visa requirements and immigration documentation in line with Home Office regulations.
- Liaise with Payroll, Finance, hiring managers and external agencies to support recruitment and temporary staffing processes.
- Work flexibly across Resourcing, providing support and cross-cover across recruitment and temporary staffing activities as required.
Qualifications/ experience:
- Experience working within an HR, recruitment, resourcing or temporary staffing environment.
- Experience undertaking administrative processes requiring a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience undertaking Right to Work checks and applying UKVI compliance requirements.
- GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
