This position is available exclusively to University of Bradford staff, with the possibility of external release if no internal appointment is made.
We are seeking an experienced, proactive manager to lead the delivery of a high‑quality income and accounts receivable service. The role ensures accurate income collection, strengthening controls, improving processes, delivering strong customer service and effective risk management.
What you will be doing
- Act as the service lead for Accounts Receivable & Income and Fees & Finance, ensuring integrity, governance and effectiveness of all related processes across the University.
- Provide specialist advice and recommendations to the Head of Operational Finance and senior Finance colleagues on income performance, risk and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications / Experience
- Educated to Level 4 or equivalent qualification, or equivalent professional experience in finance, income management or operational finance.
