What you will be doing:
- Supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of the annual cycle of student enrolment and graduation/award processes, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the student record and academic awards.
- Active participation in key student lifecycle activities such as welcome week, registration, graduation ceremonies (on campus and overseas), and transcript production, while delivering excellent customer service to students, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Support with the operational delivery of high-quality enrolment and registration services including planning, implementation, and set up.
- Assisting with maintaining and developing processes and delivering specialist enrolment advice and guidance.
- Support the delivery of high-quality graduation ceremonies and awards processes including assisting with planning and delivery of graduation, coordinating communications and liaising with colleagues to produce booklets and certificates.
- Taking an active role in the graduation day.
- Support the Student Records Officers in the provision of high-quality transcript and certification services to ensure timely and accurate delivery for current and former students.
Qualifications/experience:
- Level 2 qualification, such as GCSE or equivalent experience.
- Experience of working in a customer facing service.
- Experience of involvement in enrolment, graduation, or similar activities or events.
- Experience of using a variety of IT packages to a high standard, including word processing packages, spreadsheets and databases.
- Ability to coordinate large scale processes under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Ability to prioritise and coordinate own workload, managing own time and working to set deadlines.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
