Job Overview
Working within a team committed to delivering exceptional customer service daily, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers at the Morrisons Daily outlet. You will support store operations, including sales, stock management and cleaning tasks, while contributing to a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide first point of contact assistance to customers, handling sales and inquiries.
- Ensure retail units are fully stocked and presentable.
- Process payments accurately using the EPOS system.
- Support order compilation, stock rotation, and vending machine cleaning.
- Assist colleagues with tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in customer service preferred, not essential.
- EPOS or cash handling experience preferred, not essential.
- Stock management experience preferred, not essential.
