Casework Manager - Conduct and Complaints at the University of Bradford invites applications to lead the Conduct and Complaints Team within Learning, Teaching and Student Experience. The role focuses on delivering fair, professional and compassionate case management across student complaints, appeals, disciplinary matters, and fitness to study.
Reporting to the Head of Student Circumstances and Casework, you will drive policy development, ensure regulatory compliance with OIA, and use data to support decision-making.
