Front of House Manager – Grade 5 – part‑time (19 hours per week, Saturday–Sunday). Salary: £27,644 to £29,959 per annum pro rata. Post type: Part Time. Contract type: Permanent. Reference: HR0199573-2.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the front of house operation, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and high‑quality customer experience
  • Manage and support front of house staff, including rotas, training, and day‑to‑day supervision
  • Deliver consistent, excellent customer service across all customer‑facing areas
  • Act as first point of escalation for customer queries and complaints
  • Oversee opening/closing procedures and ensure all health and safety checks are completed
  • Manage bookings, memberships, income reconciliation, and administration systems
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
  • Ensure accurate incident reporting and compliance with procedures
  • Deputise for senior operational staff when required
