Key Responsibilities
- Lead the front of house operation, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and high‑quality customer experience
- Manage and support front of house staff, including rotas, training, and day‑to‑day supervision
- Deliver consistent, excellent customer service across all customer‑facing areas
- Act as first point of escalation for customer queries and complaints
- Oversee opening/closing procedures and ensure all health and safety checks are completed
- Manage bookings, memberships, income reconciliation, and administration systems
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
- Ensure accurate incident reporting and compliance with procedures
- Deputise for senior operational staff when required
