Faculty of Engineering and Digital Technologies Computer Science

Salary: £40,497 to £45,413 per annum (Fixed Term 36 months) | Post Type: Full Time | Contract Type: Fixed Term | Closing Date: Monday 13 July 2026 | Reference: HR0199175

This position is only available to University of Bradford staff and may be released externally if appointed internally.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be the first point of contact for students with IT equipment issues. You will assign tasks to relevant members of the IT team.

Qualifications / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, computing, or technology-related discipline, plus an MSc in areas such as Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Data Science, Cyber Security, or related field. Experience working with real‑world user data, including data collection, filtering, feature extraction, data quality assessment, and secure storage and transmission.
