We are seeking an experienced Work-Based Trainer to support Apprenticeship growth in Greater Manchester Business School.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes in the school.
- Act as the primary liaison between apprentices and their employers, ensuring clear communication and consistent support throughout the apprenticeship journey.
- Manage a caseload of apprentices, supporting learners from onboarding through to End Point Assessment.
- Work closely with academic colleagues and employers to monitor progress, coordinate reviews, support End Point Assessment preparation, and maintain accurate learner records in line with funding and quality requirements.
- Contribute to quality assurance activity and support recruitment and employer engagement as required.
Qualifications
- Hold a relevant degree, professional qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Have credible and current industry knowledge within Business Management & Facilities Management.
- Have experience working within an apprenticeship delivery context.
- Demonstrate strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Commitment to learner success and continuous improvement.
