We are seeking an experienced Work-Based Trainer to support Apprenticeship growth in Greater Manchester Business School. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes in the school, acting as the primary liaison between apprentices and their employers, ensuring clear communication and consistent support throughout the apprenticeship journey.
Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager, you will manage a caseload of apprentices, supporting learners from onboarding through to End Point Assessment. Working closely with academic colleagues and employers, you will monitor progress, coordinate reviews, support End Point Assessment preparation, and maintain accurate learner records in line with funding and quality requirements. You will also contribute to quality assurance activity and support recruitment and employer engagement as required.
You will hold a relevant degree, professional qualification, or equivalent experience, alongside credible and current industry knowledge within Business Management & Facilities Management. Experience working within an apprenticeship delivery context, strong organisation and stakeholder management skills, and commitment to learner success and continuous improvement are essential.
