Responsibilities

We seek to recruit a strong subject specialist in Physics to join a collaborative team of teachers who are passionate and committed to developing the subject across the school. Physics is a popular subject within sixth form - we currently have 90 students studying A Level Physics. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach KS3, KS4 and KS5, as well as contribute to our Physics and Science themed enrichment programmes. There are also opportunities for a suitably experienced candidate to contribute to teacher training and our well-established Physics network.

Requirements

  • Strong subject specialist in Physics with the ability to teach KS3, KS4 and KS5.
  • Fluent English language is essential.
  • Ability to contribute to teacher training and our Physics network may be an advantage.
  • Compliance with immigration requirements as applicable (Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016).
