University of Birmingham's UoB Sport is seeking a part-time Sales Consultant (16 hours per week) to help meet membership targets and promote the sport and fitness offering. You will engage prospective members through consultations, tours, and conversations, supporting staff and community memberships with a strong customer focus.

You will manage leads from enquiry to membership, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the team on campaigns and events, contributing to a positive member experience.
