We seek a motivated academic to provide additional teaching support across our undergraduate engineering programmes, particularly with experience of teaching CAD. Duties include developing and delivering lectures, tutorials, laboratories, group project exercises, and marking coursework and examinations. The role also involves supervision of undergraduate projects, personal tutoring, and the potential for module leadership.

Main Duties
- Teach courses at a range of levels within the specified subject area, mainly for undergraduates, with potential involvement in postgraduates and CPD student teaching.
- Contribute to the review and design of modules and laboratories, assessment and group projects with colleagues.
- Plan and prepare own teaching, including guidance notes and handouts aligned with the programme objectives.
- Devise and supervise student projects, dissertations and practical work.
- Undertake full range of supervision, marking and examination responsibilities, including summative assessment subject to validation by the academic supervisor.
- Act as a personal tutor or be responsible for pastoral care within a specified area.
- Maintain and update subject expertise.
- Engage in professional development in teaching, including self‑reflection and use of student and peer feedback.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer in the specialism, often under supervision of a project leader.
- Undertake management / administration arising from teaching.
- Participate in departmental or school teaching‑related activities and administration.

- Ability to design and deliver module materials successfully.
