The University of Birmingham invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the School of Chemistry, located at Edgbaston, Birmingham. The role focuses on the synthesis and characterization of carbon/iron carbide materials for electromagnetic attenuation within an industry-funded project.

We require a PhD in Chemistry (or near completion) with strong expertise in solid-state materials, high-temperature synthesis, and abiliy to deliver high-quality research with autonomy.
