The Executive Assistant provides high level, professional assistance to the Chief Executive and Guild President, managing complex diaries, understanding their portfolios of work, and being the key contact for all external stakeholders. The role is responsible for Governance matters, including administering the Trustee Board and Committees and meeting our statutory requirements with Companies House and the Charity Commission.

We are looking for applicants who have experience and capability of providing support and administrative assistance to senior members of an organisation with confidence. You will have experience of writing reports and communications for senior staff along with experience of effectively prioritising and planning your own work and working effectively on your own initiative.
