The University of Bedfordshire is seeking a Cultural Education & Partnerships Officer to join its Culture & Community Engagement team within Research & Innovation Services. This 12-month, Arts Council England-funded role is a key part of Luton’s Place Partnerships programme.

Reporting to the Stakeholder Engagement Manager, you will lead on the cultural education strand of the project. You will support commissions linked to the Luton Arts Fund, develop and deliver creative CPD for teachers, work with local schools and networks, and collaborate with cultural organisations across Luton.

The role also includes partnership working, workshop and event delivery, light-touch project management, financial administration, and project reporting.

You will have experience in cultural education, community engagement or place-based partnership work, and be confident working with multiple stakeholders. You’ll understand creative education commissioning, be comfortable delivering CPD, and bring a strong commitment to EDI, safeguarding and good governance. Experience of Arts Council England-funded programmes is desirable.
