The role of Course Officer sits within the remit of the Directorate of Student Registry Services and within the Student Lifecycle Operations Team. The post holder will be part of a team which is responsible for course administration through the student life cycle from registration to graduation.

The role includes updating student records and systems and ensuring the effective management of data quality for course and student administration. The Course Officer will provide high-quality support to students, academic staff and professional services staff to ensure the delivery of excellent student and academic experience.

To be held on Tuesday 17 February or Wednesday 18 February 2026.
