Following significant investment by the University in the student experience, we are seeking to appoint a legal education administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our legal education activities on our undergraduate and postgraduate law courses. Duties include organising staff meetings, client meetings with staff and student volunteers, and acting as secretary to legal education committees. You will also support student volunteer recruitment and the management of legal education budgets.

Candidates should have experience providing office-based administrative support, including document preparation for events and professional communications with internal and external stakeholders. We particularly welcome applications from candidates with experience working within a legal education environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a law undergraduate degree and have experience supporting the delivery of professional legal training programmes. You should be an excellent communicator, enjoy working as part of a team, and demonstrate professional administrative experience along with excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.

This role will be based at the Luton campus, with travel to other campuses as required.
