The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

This is a pivotal role within our Careers & Employability Service, focused on enhancing Graduate Outcomes and supporting the delivery of our university-wide Employability Strategy. You\’ll work closely with academic departments, employers, and students to ensure every graduate is equipped for success.

  • Use data to inform collaborative action planning with academic departments to improve Graduate Outcomes.
  • Contribute to curriculum and extracurricular skills development aligned with university strategy.
  • Deliver high-quality, inclusive careers guidance through 1:1 sessions, group workshops, and presentations, both in-person and online.
  • Build strong employer relationships to support cross-functional employability initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of recruitment trends, locally, nationally, and internationally to inform service delivery.
  • Represent the service at employability-related working groups and university meetings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering professional careers advice and guidance in higher education or a similar setting.
  • A strong understanding of the graduate labour market and employability trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a student-centred approach.
  • A collaborative, data-informed mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
